iLink Business Solutions entered the market arena in 2003 as a Turnkey Solution provider to companies requiring office equipment. Their services soon expanded to include specialization in managing projects of companies expanding, opening multinational branches or wishing to update their existing equipment for better packaged solutions. The company boasts a level 4 BBBEE and employs staff that is dedicated to creating a personal service to each client. We assist our clients in streamlining workflow, enhancing productivity and reducing costs by meanings of implementing the best office equipment and service for your organisational.

The Managing Director, Michela Gioia has over 10 years’ experience in the industry, accompanied by a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) and a BCom Human Resources (BCom HR) degree. Her scope is not only limited to the office automation arena but also fields in Mining Project Management, Research and Development, Property portfolio Management and across board Operations.

She has a passion for new entrepreneurs to enter the market place and have the opportunity to work for themselves; these passions introduced a funding project for new businesses. (see our COMMUNITY page).

Together with our partners, we have over 30 highly trained technicians that travel more than 3000 km per day to  maintain equipment. Among them, the technicians share no less than 270 years of excellent experience. The majority of the technicians have received in service training in order to attend to our clients specialised needs. With numerous awards been won as top dealer in the country, our team is dedicated to giving our clients the best possible service. The Minolta group consists of 14 branches and 42 dealer outlets across the country, from which installation and support can be supplied. By being able to offer such excellent service, coupled with our partner network, we ensure peace of mind to our customers and are continuing to grow our market share.
